ScaleDMYour ScaleDM data was deleted. Confirmation code:
Deleting removes your connected Instagram account, its access token, your automations, activity, link clicks, and images. It can't be undone.
1. In the ScaleDM app (Web, iOS, or Android)
Open Settings, then tap Delete account. Everything is deleted right away.
2. In Instagram
Go to Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, and remove ScaleDM. Instagram tells us and we delete everything.
3. By email
Write to support@scaledm.io with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your Instagram username. We finish within 30 days and reply to confirm.
