How it works
Three steps, no dashboard.
ScaleDM runs as a connector inside your AI assistant. You describe what you want, and it does the setup.
Describe the automation
Tell your assistant which post, which keyword, and what the DM should say. It shows you a summary and waits for your OK.
Comments become DMs
Each matching comment gets a DM with your link, plus an optional public reply. You can ask how many people clicked.

FAQ
Questions
What kind of Instagram account do I need?
A Business or Creator account. Personal accounts can't use Instagram's messaging API. You can switch for free in the Instagram app settings.
Do I need a Facebook Page?
No. ScaleDM uses Instagram Business Login, so you sign in with Instagram directly.
Who gets a DM?
Only people who comment on posts you've set up. Instagram allows one private reply per comment, sent within 7 days of the comment. Replies to other comments are ignored.
What happens when a post goes viral?
ScaleDM paces messages to stay within Instagram's rate limits. Extra comments are queued and processed in order instead of being dropped.
Which AI apps does it work with?
ChatGPT is supported today, and Muse support is coming soon. More assistants will follow.
How much does it cost?
ScaleDM is free during early access.
How do I delete my data?
Disconnect ScaleDM from Instagram, or follow the steps on the data deletion page. You can also email support@ascendantlabs.co.
